Lumia here, Lumia there; Nokia is releasing Lumia phones at the rate of almost 2 phones every month; this month's addition; the Nokia Lumia 720.

Display:

The Nokia Lumia 720 features a 4.3 inche display with a resolution of 480x800 pixels feauring a ppi of
217 protected by Corning's Gorilla Glass 2.
The capacitive touchscreen features a ClearBlack display which make sure that the black's are more darker than what most of the phones today show.

Processors:

The heart of this beast is a Qualcomm MSM8227 1 Ghz dual-core processor and an Adreno 305 Graphics Chip.
The Specs onboard the Nokia Lumia 720 is very similar to the Specs that feature on the Lumia 620.
The RAM for example that is present on the 720 is the same as the one that is present on the 620 that is , a 512 MB RAM.

Storage & OS:

The 8 GB onboard storage can be expanded to upto 64 GB via the Micro-SD card that is present on the Lumia 720.
The Lumia 720 sports the latest version of Windows Phone 8.

Connectivity:

On the connectivity end the Lumia 720 outshines the 620 as it features NFC or Near-Field-Communication, other than the regular connectivity options of Bluetooth 3.0 with A2DP, WiFi and HSPA+ with no 4G or LTE support, which is kind of a big deal if you are living in the Untied States.

Camera:

The camera is a 6.7 MP auto-focusing camera with a resolution of 2848x2144 pixels, Carl Zeiss lens which can also shoot 720p video at 30 frames-per-second.
Unlike the 620 the 720 features a secondary front facing 1.3 MP camera which can also shoot 720p video at 30 frames-per-second.

Sensors, Colors And Other Specs:

The sensors onboard the 720 include an Accelerometer, Proximity, and a Compass.
The 720 is available in Cyan, Yellow, Red Black, and White
The battery that runs the entire phone is a 2000 mAh Lithium Ion Battery which provides around 23 hours of talk time on 3G network and around 79 hours of music playback.

Price:

The Nokia Lumia 720 retails for about Rs.18,000 in India which is about $300.
